These newborn/preemie sized prefolds are 4x6x4 (4 layers on each side,6 in the middle) --Just like the diaper services use. Much thicker and more absorbent than any diaper available in chain stores.

When folded in thirds, you will have sixteen layers of cotton between you and leaks. This newborn size will work for about the first year of your baby's life and can be used as a doubler after that. We recommend washing and drying new bleached diapers twice when you get them to soften 'em up. They will continue to thicken and quilt over the course of several washings. In addition to being great diapers, these are also perfect as burp cloths. And, when your children are all done with diapers, they're great for washing the car!

Wash and dry 5 or 6 times before using.Newborn/Preemie size is best for the fist couple of months -- from 4-10 lbs. Use our infant size after that. Made in India.
