Tendercare Hydrogel pads provide soothing and promote healing for severely sore or cracked nipples. Each package contains 4 pads, each of which can be reused for up to 24 hours. Can be used alone or with Tender Care Lanolin. Note: If you have severely sore nipples which are not improving within a couple days we recommend seeing a lactation consultant.
