Shipping Details
We ship most orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Our post office is literally right next door to our store.
We also offer Virtual Gift Cards delivered via email which we can send up until 12:00 noon CST on 12/24.
Our shipping charges are based on the actual rates of USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. These are determined based on the weight of the items you are ordering. You may select USPS Priority or UPS Ground after adding an item to your cart--please choose the most affordable and convenient option. Please note that we cannot ship via UPS to a PO Box. Tracking numbers for any package are available upon request.Except for large items, we can easily ship to APO addresses via USPS. Tracking is not usually available for APO addresses. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping or if you have questions.
In the event of a return, shipping costs are not usually refunded. Returned items during a free shipping promotion may be subject to a restocking fee to recover our shipping costs.
