Returns must be made within thirty days and be accompanied by your original receipt in order to receive cash back. Otherwise, returns receive store credit.

Return items must be new and in resellable condition with their original packaging. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns on diapers, nursing bras, or baby slings which have been used or washed.

If you are mailing your return to us, please be sure to include a note with your credit card number so that we can apply the refund to your card. We do not archive your credit card number.

In most cases, shipping costs will not be refunded. Returned items during a free shipping promotion may be subject to a restocking fee to recover our shipping costs.
