Peapods Studio Space

We are happy to annouce a new arrival at Peapods--a dedicated studio space available for classes, meetings, and workshops.   Our goal is to partner with instructors and support groups to create a commuity resource focused on attachment parenting and natural living.

Our studio space is 2 doors down from our regular store, between Matt's Guitar shop the St. Clair Broiler.  

Current offerings:

The Peapods Studio Space is home to the weekly Parent Topic meetings of the Twin Cities Childbirth Collective.  Parent Topic Nights are free, fun, informal presentations of information that is not generally available to birthing parents anywhere else.   Meetings will be held on Wednesday evenings at 7:00.   Visit the Childbirth Collective for more information.

Are you looking for a clean, well-lit place for your group?

We are currently seeking other groups and instructors to use our Studio Space.  The main meeting space is about 350 square feet and seats up to 30 people.   It also has a comfortable foyer, a bathroom, TV/DVD/VCR, CD Player, Air Conditioning, plenty of chairs, a comfy couch and chair, 2 gymnastics mats, and available storage space. 

Rental is $20/hour for fee-based sessions and free for non-profit groups during available times.   All classes and groups who book our space will be listed here on our website and on our in-store bulletin board so that our customers can find out about your services.     

Parking is available behind our building as well as on St. Clair Avenue, Snelling Avenue, and Berkely Street.   Parking in our neighborhood is seldom a problem, but please note that the Sweeney's lot across Snelling is not available. 

We do reserve the right to restrict the use of our Studio Space to groups and classes that are compatible with the philosphy of our business.   We are looking to book a wide range of topics from Childbirth Education to Arts and Crafts.  Our space will not be available to groups that are primarily religious in nature or for selling products.
